Although memory foam mattress toppers are very resilient, it will still need some care on your part. We highly suggest you rotate your mattress topper from head to foot every 3 months and turn it over so the bottom is now the top. The reason is to avoid body impressions, which will show if care is not taken. Doing this every 3 months is easy and the results will be a comfortable topper for many years. We also suggest a mattress cover which is thin, but provides stain protection. A thick mattress pad will take away from the feel of the memory foam topper, and most of those are not stain proof.
